Bee Pure takes care not to use any chemical additives when manufacturing its bee products. After intensive research, they have developed a unique manufacturing process that meets their requirements. This means that propolis, royal jelly and pollen can be guaranteed to be 100% natural. Only in this state are the basic substances as effective as nature intended. Bees use propolis to seal the hive and protect it from intruders.
When preparing it for humans, a rinse with high-percentage ethanol is usually used. However, this method results in important ingredients being lost. Propolis contains over 300 valuable compounds that need to be preserved.
However, if you rinse out the base material, you lose around 40 percent of the active ingredients. If you replace the ethanol with water or oil, up to 80 percent of the bioactive compounds are lost. This means that this type of propolis, for example, offered as propolis concentrate, contains far fewer active ingredients than nature intended. Bee Pure takes a different approach.

Bee Pure adheres to the strictest criteria when manufacturing its products, right from the procurement stage. Purity and quality are strictly controlled right up to processing. The beehives from which propolis and bee pollen are obtained are located in a nature reserve in Croatia. They rely on specially trained beekeepers who extract and process the raw material by hand. Raw propolis is refined and sieved in a device specially made for this purpose. The bee pollen is then processed in a special dryer to minimize the water content. These basic substances are then mixed with other 100% pure active ingredients, such as ginger, according to their recipes.
In the Hedera laboratory, every single delivery is tested for purity and quality. Bee Pure products are subject to EU standards for food production and are therefore checked by the relevant authorities. In addition, all of Hedera's production is subject to a certified HAACP control for food production in order to only pass on products of the highest quality.
