Oil pulling is a centuries-old tradition in various regions of the world. With Fresh, we have combined the knowledge of several approaches: for example, sunflower oil is considered traditional oils for oil pulling in Eastern Europe, while sesame oil and coconut oil are considered traditional oils for oil pulling in Asian regions. We have supplemented our mouth pulling oil with essential essences: thyme, myrrh, juniper, niaouli and clove. Dermatest tested BIO PLANÈTE Fresh from a dermatological and dental perspective in a four-week study and rated it "very good".
Important:
Fresh does not contain peppermint and is therefore suitable during homeopathic treatments and for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Application:
The Fresh oil pulling mixture should be used every morning on an empty stomach. It is very simple: pull a tablespoon of oil through your teeth for 3-5 minutes, slurp it and chew it. After oil pulling, it should not be swallowed but spit out and then the mouth should be cleaned several times with clean water. After that, you can brush your teeth as normal. Shake before use.
