Gentian, centaury and wormwood are among the most bitter native plants. Like yarrow, hops and sage, they are herbal aids for digestion. Bitter substances and alkaline herbs support the metabolism.
Recommended intake:
Drink 15 ml (= 1 measuring cup) daily, pure or mixed with water.
