The fruity, mild vegetable oil mixture of sunflower and sesame oil, ginger, mint and mandarin oil as well as curly mint oil and turmeric extract creates a pleasant freshness in the mouth. The oil pulling mixture is particularly gentle on the teeth, as the mandarin oil does not contain any acid and the turmeric extract is guaranteed not to discolor. Dermatest tested the BIO PLANÈTE Fresh & Fruity oil pulling mixture from a dermatological point of view in a four-week study and rated it "very good".

Application:
We recommend using the BIO PLANÈTE Fresh & Fruity oil pulling mixture every morning on an empty stomach. Pull a tablespoon of oil through your teeth for three to five minutes, slurp and chew (do not gargle). After oil pulling, spit the oil out into a paper tissue or something similar and dispose of it in the trash. Then rinse your mouth with clean water and brush your teeth.
