Suitable for morning facial care. Wet face with water and apply 1-2 pumps of the gel to the palm of your hand and massage in. Wash face with this, avoiding the eyes. Follow with suitable Organic Pharmacy moisturizer, ie toner and moisturizer, gel & serum (optional). For an even gentler cleanse, add a capful of Peppermint Facial Wash to a bowl of lukewarm water and clean the face with a muslin cloth. Use Carrot Butter Cleanser in the evening (carrot butter balances oil production and thereby normalizes the oily appearance of the skin).
